The £5 is paid to Hair Now LDN — not the stylist. It secures your appointment and shows the stylist you're a committed client. It's non-refundable because it holds your slot against other potential bookings. Your stylist's full fee is paid directly to them on the day of your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. If your stylist cancels, you will receive a full refund of the £5. If something goes wrong with your appointment, message us on WhatsApp and we'll look into it.

It depends on the slot — each card clearly shows whether hair is included or not. If hair is not included, you bring your own or the stylist can advise what to buy in advance.

Use Book Ahead. Tell us your style, area, date and budget and we'll match you with a stylist who can do exactly what you need. It costs the same £5 booking fee once you confirm your match.

Every stylist on Hair Now LDN is reviewed by our team before being listed. We check their work, their area and their professionalism. Only stylists we would recommend to someone we know personally are on the platform.

For slot bookings, your stylist's name and full address are sent to your email immediately after payment. For Book Ahead requests, you see your stylist match before you pay — so you know exactly who you're booking before committing.

Yes. In the Book Ahead form, add a note in the notes field with the stylist's name and we'll do our best to match you. This isn't guaranteed but we always take it into account.
